At Big Sis University, each item is made to order with care and intention. Because of the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please double check your shipping address and order details before completing your purchase.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at Amanda.bigsisuniversity@gmail.com with:
• Your order number
• Photos of the item and packaging
• A brief description of the issue

If approved, we will gladly send a replacement for eligible damaged or incorrect items.

Big Sis University is not responsible for:
• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
• Delays caused by shipping carriers
• Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
